PRIVATE CHEF OR CATERING?
Private Chef Services include on-site chef service whereas catering includes food only.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?
After payment is rendered, you have up until 48 hours from payment to cancel. After 48 hours, there is a no refund policy that goes info effect. Please understand this policy is 100% non- negotiable. In the event the client cancels the day of the event, no refund will be issued. This is 100% non negotiable.
If you’re booking with a LAST MINUTE time slot, meaning you’re booking within 10 days of your actual event, 75% of total must be rendered.
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RENDERED BY 6:00am, ON THE DATE OF THE EVENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT AND NO DEPOSIT RETURNED.
In the event you are not satisfied with quality of food, the issue will be resolved by Chef Law Cannon with a discounted price towards a future order. There are no refunds after food has been delivered and opened.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Please visit our BOOKING INQUIRY tab and fill out the inquiry information. We will contact you to book your event. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. All texts, and emails will be responded to during these times.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CATERING SERVICE CANCELS?
In the event that the company Cannon’s Catering, or Chef Law Cannon has to hcancel, then the refund shall be sent within 24-48 business hours. The refund shall be sent within this time window. All orders are final.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
You have up to 48 hours after payment to change or edit any order options. No exceptions.
After the 48 hour period, if an order has any changes, it is up to the chef and the client to agree on changes and full price of order must be completed if there are items being removed.
